7-Day Return Policy (UAE & International Orders)

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The refund will be processed to your bank account only. Cash refunds are not provided.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items or made-to-order)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Must provide receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
